Half upfront, half after delivery is ideal! This may vary depending on the type of commission.
For big commissions, payment plans can be discussed!
For commissions below $100, 100% upfront payment is required.
Up to 3 revisions can be made free of charge during the sketch phase. Any additional revisions after that will incur an extra charge depending on the level of revision.
Please note that revisions are not the same as fixes! If I make errors in the design, I will correct them free of charge. However, if you want to change the design while I work — such as colors or elements — that counts as a revision.
If a revision is too significant, there will be an additional fee and the 3 free revisions will not apply to it.
Illustrations can take anywhere between 1 week and 2 months maximum. This applies to every service except Live2D model art.
Live2D model art can take anywhere from 1 to 6 months depending on complexity and queue position.
Live2D rigging can take anywhere from 1 to 4 months depending on complexity and queue position.
I will provide you with an estimated time period when I send the proposal. Please reach out if you have a specific deadline — I will let you know if a rush fee applies.
No refunds will be issued once artwork has been started. I will refund you if I go beyond a promised deadline or if I am unable to proceed with your commission.
For instant order commissions, no refunds will be issued.
For VTuber Models, there will be strictly no refunds once I accept and begin your commission. You are entitled to a refund only if I am unable to proceed. A partial refund may be issued if work hasn't been completed before the allotted deadline.
Please communicate your requests thoroughly via VGen! You may also reach me through Twitter or Discord if that is more comfortable for you.
Please have a character reference ready when commissioning me to avoid any extra trouble with the design. If you don't have a reference and would like me to work from text descriptions, an extra charge may apply.
